TEN DINING DEBUTS CONTINUE CULINARY EVOLUATION OF THE VENETIAN RESORT

It has been a banner year for the ever-evolving culinary story of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, with more new restaurants opening in a single year since the debut of The Palazzo tower in 2008.  Ten new dining venues, including two recent openings by Chef David Chang, have opened at the landmark resort in 15 months,  contributing to The Venetian's status as the Strip's premier dining destination.   MORE

CURRENT OBSESSION: dim-sum brunch

Last year, Food Network host Chef Tyler Florence professed his love for the dim sum at Mott 32 on Instagram, calling it the "most beautiful I have ever seen."  That's quite a testament to the dumplings served at this restaurant on the casino floor of The Palazzo tower.  As one of Asia's most-awarded restaurants, it's no surprise this Hong Kong-based establishment has perfected the appetizers that hungry Las Vegas diners adore.   MORE

SEAWORLD SMASHES RECORDS WITH ORLANDO'S DOMINANT COASTER
