Issue: The show "BAZ- Star Crossed Love" was about to hit its one-year anniversary in the Palazzo Theatre. While the show enjoyed a good amount of "buzz" since opening, we were worried that it would be overshadowed by newer shows on the Strip. How could we re-introduce the show to media and influencers, resulting in a round of publicity?

Solution: We created BAZ Boot Camp, an opportunity for local media and influencers to step into the "shoes" of a BAZ performer for an afternoon - including Wardrobe, Hair and Makeup, and Dance Rehearsals. At the end of the session, the group performed their dance in front of an assembled audience in the theatre. The next morning, each participant received photos and a custom 30-second video, perfect for posting on Instagram (or sharing on air).

We had great interest in the program from local media and influencers, and even drew influencers from LA (including NCIS Los Angeles star Barrett Foa).
BAZ Boot Camp was a definite success.
This program won an International Adrian Award for Experiential PR from HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association).
