Issue: A pandemic closed The Venetian Resort (and the entire Strip). Early research showed the pandemic could forever change travelers and their perception of cleanliness.

Solution: Knowing "cleanliness" was the new standard for hospitality, more than 800 separate iniatives were proposed and rolled out. With such extensive effort to provide a revised experience for operation during the pandemic, we knew we needed a strategic way to communicate to guests and Team Members. We created a new brand -- Venetian Clean -- to provide a visual cue to guests who were seeking information about cleanliness and COVID-19 protocols. We were one of the first hospitality brands to roll out such a campaign.
